Recording a video is easy! It will take you less than a minute!

Please follow our three-step easy guide:

Step one:

Run at your comfortable pace. Don’t sprint.

Step two:

Ask a friend to take a 20 second video of you running from the side and try to capture the whole body.

Step three:

Ask you friend again to take another 10 second video of you running from the back.

You can take a video on a treadmill or outdoors and don’t worry about the quality it doesn’t really matter too much. Any smartphone should do the job perfectly. If by any chance videos wouldn’t be suitable for editing we will ask you to re-take and re-send them via private link so you won’t go trough the payment process.
