Registration terms
These general terms of use are the component parts of the contract between Shape Sports and a partner, who wishes to benefit from using our running video analysis.
At registration on improverunning.co.uk user creates a user name, which is the same as their e-mail address, and user password. User name and user password identify the user unambiguously. With registration a user becomes a partner and gains the right to all the benefits that the collaboration between Shape Sports and the partner has to offer.
With registration partner gains a source code of the analysis form, which they then embed on their website. For each successfully bought running analysis the partner gains the right to a certain percentage of profit based on the analysis price.
Besides embedding the source code to their website, which takes less than 2 minutes, the partner has no additional work or expenses with our analysis form. All the work is done by Shape Sports.
Partner has the right to end the collaboration at any time.
